Job summary

Randstad Staffing in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end property development projects in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams from planning through handover, ensuring quality and safety standards.

The role requires a Civil Engineering background, 7+ years in property development, and a proven track record in high-rise or mixed-use TOD projects, with strong knowledge of local regulations and contractual frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7+ years of progressive project management experience in property developers.
• Track record in high-rise or mixed-use TOD developments from inception to completion.
• In-depth knowledge of local authority processes, UBBL, PAM/FIDIC contracts, and construction financial management.

Responsibilities

• Full-Lifecycle Project Management: drive schedules, budgets, cash flow and resources across all phases.
• Consultant & Design Leadership: direct multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimized design and compliance.
• Statutory Approvals & Authority Liaison: secure planning permissions and CCC via negotiations.
• Construction & Site Oversight: direct main contractors, audit QA/QC, manage contracts and VOs.
• Cross-Departmental Alignment: coordinate with sales, marketing, procurement, legal, and finance.
