TOUCHSTONE MANAGEMENT SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee property development projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. The role requires coordinating with consultants and authorities, monitoring site progress, and preparing management updates.

You will work with a team, applying Civil Engineering principles, construction management practices, and regulatory compliance to deliver projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in property development or construction.
• Solid knowledge of construction processes, project management, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and project management software is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing property development projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely completion.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.

Monitor site progress and quality control to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and standards.

Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.

Prepare project reports, documentation, and updates for management review.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in property development

Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
