Job summary

Alpine Cove Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive coordinator to oversee property development projects in Ipoh, Perak. You will coordinate progress across planning, design and construction, liaising with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, authorities and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

You will monitor milestones, inspections and budgets, review drawings and variations, and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of property development, market environment and historic trends; familiarity with local rules and regulations.
• Experience in developing and implementing project plans.
• Understanding of operations and processes in the property development industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the progress of property development projects across planning, design, construction and completion.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, authorities and internal departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor progress, quality, schedule and milestones; follow up on outstanding issues.
• Coordinate submissions, approvals, inspections and statutory requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, variations, claims and other project documents.
• Attend meetings, track actions and report progress to management.
• Monitor costs, contracts and variations to ensure alignment with budget.
• Coordinate completion, defect rectification, documentation and handover.
• Identify risks and arrange solutions to minimise delays and costs.
