Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
3–6 years of relevant experience in property development or construction.
Experience with mixed-use or high-rise projects is a plus.
Familiarity with local authority submissions and building regulations.
Strong design coordination, sequencing, and project management understanding.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing project schedule, cost plan, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with consultants during design and construction to ensure constructability and compliance.
Support tendering, evaluation, and award of contractors and suppliers.
Monitor construction progress against schedule.
Conduct site inspections to verify conformance to drawings and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors to resolve site issues promptly.
Review contractor claims, variation orders, and progress payments.
Ensure compliance with building codes and company standards.
Assist in monitoring budgets and cost performance.
Liaise with local authorities for permits and inspections.
