Job summary

Imej Warisan Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable project coordinator to drive day-to-day workflows, track schedules, and manage authority submissions to keep developments on target.

You will inspect site progress, enforce safety and quality controls, support contract administration, coordinate procurement, and collaborate with consultants on architectural and engineering designs while expediting municipal approvals. Rigorous documentation and design compliance audits are required.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 3+ years of property development experience (min 2 years in project coordination).
• Comprehensive understanding of C&S, M&E, architectural, and landscape works.
• Microsoft Project hands-on experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day project workflows, track schedules, and manage authority submissions.
• Inspect ongoing site progress to enforce safety, quality control, and schedule compliance.
• Support contract administration and coordination of contractual matters.
• Assist in material procurement coordination and purchasing arrangements.
• Collaborate with consultants on architectural and engineering designs while expediting municipal approvals.
• Maintain rigorous documentation records including correspondence and approval logs.
• Audit project drawings and plans for regulatory and technical compliance across all design phases.
• Flexibly support management on priority tasks and emergency operational needs.
