Job summary

You will liaise with local authorities, government agencies, consultants, and stakeholders, and prepare planning submissions. Responsibilities include monitoring approval status, preparing project reports and letters, reviewing land-use policies, and assisting feasibility studies and land development tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, Property Development, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant working experience in property development, town planning, or authority liaison.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor property development projects from planning through the approval process.
• Liaise with local authorities, government agencies, consultants, and stakeholders on development matters.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on planning applications and other relevant authority submissions.
• Monitor development approval status and ensure compliance with planning requirements and authority conditions.
• Prepare project reports, presentation slides, official letters, meeting minutes, and related documentation.
• Review land-use planning policies, development proposals, plot ratios, and development requirements.
• Coordinate meetings and follow up on outstanding issues with relevant parties.
• Assist in project feasibility assessments, land development matters, and other project-related tasks assigned by management.
