Job summary

Radium Development Berhad is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee property development projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, authorities, clients, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience and a solid understanding of planning, construction processes, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Property Development, Architecture.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in property development, construction, or project management.
• Good knowledge of project planning, construction processes, project coordination, and documentation.
• Familiarity with statutory requirements, approvals, standards, and regulations.
• Strong coordination, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project.
• Valid CIDB Green Card is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing property development projects from planning to completion.
• Monitor progress, schedules, budgets, and quality to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, authorities, clients, and internal teams.
• Ensure works comply with approved plans, regulations, quality standards, and company requirements.
• Identify and assist in resolving issues, risks, delays, and outstanding works.
• Organize and participate in project meetings and action follow-ups.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation, including drawings and correspondence.
• Assist in project handover and related duties as assigned.
