Job summary

Revion Holdings Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination and execution of property development projects, ensuring delivery within timeline, cost and quality standards.

The role involves coordinating with consultants and contractors, tracking progress, preparing reports, attending site meetings, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulations. 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh grads considered with strong internships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, M&E or related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in property development or construction.
• Candidates with M&E experience are preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good organisational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the overall project lifecycle from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project progress is on track.
• Monitor site progress, work quality, and compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Support in project scheduling, tracking timelines, and updating progress reports.
• Attend site meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Assist in submission of plans, permits, and liaise with authorities.
• Track project documentation including drawings, reports, approvals, and contracts.
• Support cost monitoring, variation orders, and progress claims with Quantity Surveyors.
• Identify issues or delays and escalate to PM with proposed solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
