Job summary

Exsim Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a candidate in Kuala Lumpur to support property planning, project meetings, and market surveys for ongoing and under-construction developments. The role collaborates with consultants and internal teams to ensure timely progression and accurate documentation.

The position requires a degree in Architecture/Building/C&S Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

Degree in Architecture/Building/C&S Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in property development/ consultancy firms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate with project team, consultants & relevant parties.
PC literate especially in MS Office and AutoCad.

Responsibilities

To keep a record / filling for all property planning document
To attend project meeting
To conduct market survey for all undercon project & subsales project
To be familiar with our all current & ongoing project
To assist in overall planning & design for the development with Consultants & teams to drive the right outcomes.
To coordinate with various stakeholders and manage the project development stage.
Any other job task to be assigned by management
