is seeking a Building/Facilities Manager to lead a team of building and management staff, ensuring smooth daily operations of a multi-tenant property. You will communicate progress to JMC/MC members, inspect M&E matters, liaise with residents and contractors, review contracts, manage security, safety, and maintenance, and monitor budgets and sinking fund accounts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Property Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in building management or facilities management.
• Knowledge of M&E systems and building operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of building and management staff.
• Communicate and update JMC/MC members on progress during meetings.
• Inspect M&E matters within the building.
• Liaise with residents and tenants on day-to-day issues.
• Review M&E and non-M&E contracts and prepare technical reports.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and external parties on building issues.
• Coordinate and manage security, safety, maintenance, and welfare of occupants.
• Ensure all equipment and systems comply with by-laws.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of building facilities.
