Job summary

Edmund Tie & Company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Property Management Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of the property management office.

You will ensure SOP compliance, manage maintenance, prepare monthly reports for JMC, and liaise with authorities and developers to uphold standards and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in property management.
• Strong knowledge of Strata Management Act and building management regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and manage day-to-day office operations.
• Ensure daily checklist compliance and preventive maintenance programmes.
• Produce incident and monthly operations reports for JMC members.
• Ensure SOP compliance.
• Liaise with government authorities and developer representatives.
• Conduct operational audits to optimize cost and efficiency.
• Plan manpower requirements to ensure adequate staffing.
• Record minutes of monthly meetings.
• Lead the customer service programme.
• Check and sign off daily collection and banking slips.
• Maximise collection of service charges and sinking fund contribution.
• Ensure procurement processes are adhered to.
• Manage all contracts of outsourced service providers.
• Develop service level standards for outsourced service providers.
