Job summary

Oriental Kedah Realty is a licensed real estate agency based in Kulim, Kedah. We are seeking a Property Agent who can assist walk-in customers, explain project details, and support sales targets with a commission-based pay structure.

Join a supportive team with training, regular events, and opportunities to progress into Property Consultant or Property Agent roles. Working hours are 9:00am–6:00pm, six days per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and explain details of our property projects based on customer needs
• Handle call listings using company-provided potential customer contacts
• Participate in company events, exhibitions, and roadshows
• Attend site visits and update management on the latest project development progress
• Support sales activities and achieve sales targets set by the company
