Job summary

Oriental Kedah Realty Sdn Bhd is seeking energetic individuals to join our sales team in Kedah. Fresh graduates and those without property sales experience are welcome; training and mentorship are provided.

You will identify client needs, engage buyers, conduct property viewings and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driving licence and own transportation.
