Job summary

Wallhub Malaysia is seeking an Operations Executive to coordinate day-to-day projects from order processing through delivery, installation and completion.

You will conduct site measurements, arrange logistics, liaise with customers, sales, installers and suppliers, and maintain accurate project records.

The role requires a self-driven, organized individual who can multitask and work both independently and in a team, with a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of confirmed projects from order processing through delivery, installation and completion.
• Conduct site measurements and coordinate related deliveries, touch-ups and rectification works.
• Plan and coordinate schedules for measurements, deliveries, installations and touch-ups.
• Liaise with customers, sales team, installers, suppliers, contractors and logistics partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate material preparation, stock allocation and other logistics arrangements.
• Support and coordinate day-to-day operational activities of Wallhub Malaysia.
• Maintain accurate project records, schedules, order information and documentation.
• Follow up on ongoing and outstanding projects to ensure timely completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
