Job summary

Zara Building Solutions Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Operations Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse activities, inventory management, logistics coordination, and customer order fulfilment.

The role requires strong leadership to supervise and train staff, maintain accurate stock records, ensure on-time dispatch, and uphold safety and productivity standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations, logistics or inventory management.
• Experience with hardware/building materials is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient with inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• Proficient with MS Excel/Word and ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and deliveries.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts, inventory checks, and audits.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and housekeeping of goods.
• Maintain and improve warehouse procedures, safety practices, and standards.
• Lead, supervise, and train warehouse staff.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, transportation, courier arrangements, and shipments.
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, courier companies, and logistics partners.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Operations Coordinator to oversee our daily warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, and customer order fulfilment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the warehouse operates efficiently, stock is accurately managed, orders are fulfilled on time, and the warehouse team maintains high standards of productivity, discipline, safety, and service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and deliveries.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.

About you

• Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse procedures.
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, ERP, or Warehouse Management Systems.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational pressure.
• Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
