Job summary

Mah Sing Group Berhad in Malaysia seeks a Site Civil & Structural Supervisor to oversee daily CS works at Kulai project, ensuring progress aligns with schedule and drawings.

You will manage site personnel and contractors, monitor quality, safety, and compliance with specifications, and maintain records and reports.

Experience 3–5 years in civil/structural works required; exposure to rebar, formwork, concreting, and coordination with consultants is essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Willing to work in Kulai

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily Civil & Structural (C&S) works at site to ensure work progress meets the project schedule.
• Oversee daily project operations and manage site personnel and contractors.
• Monitor progress and ensure project objectives are achieved in safety, quality and timelines.
• Supervise daily site activities to ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Track progress against the approved schedule and coordinate corrective actions for timely milestones.
• Oversee structural works including rebar installation, formwork, concreting, and related tasks.
• Ensure all works follow approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for smooth execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Monitor materials delivered to site for compliance with specs.
• Assist in material testing, inspections, and documentation (e.g., concrete cube tests).
• Maintain proper site records, daily reports and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain good housekeeping on site.

Job description

Supervise and monitor daily Civil & Structural (C&S) works at site to ensure work progress meets the project schedule.

Oversee daily project operations, manage site personnel and contractors, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are achieved in compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.

Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Track project progress against the approved schedule, identify delays, and coordinate corrective actions to ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Oversee structural works including rebar installation, formwork, concreting, structural elements, and related works.

Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.

Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with contractual obligations.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Monitor materials delivered to site to ensure compliance with approved specifications.

Assist in material testing, inspections, and documentation (e.g., concrete cube tests).

Maintain proper site records, daily reports, and progress updates.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce good housekeeping practices on site.

Qualifications
