Job summary

Schindler Lifts Malaysia is seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee lift and escalator installation activities at project sites. You will ensure installations are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with quality and regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate with Project Managers, contractors and site stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, monitor builder works readiness, plan daily activities, and maintain installation records and site documentation.

Qualifications

• SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in lift and escalator installation or a similar site supervision role.
• Knowledge of installation processes, site coordination, and safety practices.
• Familiarity with JKKP requirements and lift & escalator installation standards is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support installation teams to achieve project targets and performance standards.
