Job summary

Beribu Inspirasi Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage daily activities at project sites in Selangor. You will ensure adherence to drawings, schedules, and quality standards while coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.

This role requires strong leadership and communication, plus problem-solving to keep projects on track and safe. Candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related field and be willing to travel to

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related field.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good knowledge of site operations, safety procedures, and construction methods.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure all work is completed according to the project schedule, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and the project team.
• Monitor work quality, site safety, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare daily site reports and update management on project progress.
• Resolve site-related issues and ensure smooth project operations.
