Qualifications

• SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in lift/escalator installation or similar site supervision.
• Knowledge of installation processes, site coordination, and safety practices.
• Familiarity with JKKP requirements and installation standards is advantageous.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Willing to work at project sites and travel when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise lift and escalator installation activities at project sites.
• Monitor site readiness and ensure builder works meet installation requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, contractors, and site stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Plan and monitor daily installation activities to meet project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure tools, materials, and equipment are available and properly maintained.
• Support SAIS and JKKP inspections and ensure installation quality requirements are achieved.
• Prepare and maintain installation records, reports, and site documentation.
• Guide and support installation teams to achieve project targets and performance standards.

Requirements

• SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in lift and escalator installation or a similar site supervision role.
• Knowledge of installation processes, site coordination, and safety practices.
• Familiarity with JKKP requirements and lift & escalator installation standards is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work at project sites and travel when required.
