Job summary

Golden Channel Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor in Malaysia to oversee construction site operations from start to finish. You will coordinate materials, ensure timely delivery, and maintain safety and quality on site while directing workers and maintaining productivity.

The role demands a valid CIDB Green Card, OSH certification, and at least 2 years of site supervision experience. You must be physically fit, presentable, and willing to work outstation as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Valid CIDB Green Card (mandatory).
• OSH (Occupational Safety & Health) Certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects.
• Physically fit and presentable.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work outstation when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage site operations from project commencement through to completion.
• Follow up on delivery orders and ensure materials arrive on schedule.
• Ensure project runs smoothly without delays and meets quality standards.
• Manage and lead site workers, ensuring discipline and productivity on site.
• Oversee proper handling, storage and safekeeping of construction materials and equipment.
• Prepare and submit accurate weekly site progress reports to management.
