Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Site Supervisor with at least 2 years of relevant experience to oversee daily site operations, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality standards on projects. You will coordinate with construction crews and subcontractors to keep timelines on track.

The role requires a valid CIDB Green Card, willingness to travel to other project locations, and the ability to work according to required hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and material inventories.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to address site-specific concerns.
• Manage site resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, efficiently.
