Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate construction crews and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. The role requires monitoring activities, maintaining records, and liaising with project managers and clients.

Candidates must have a CIDB Green Card and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with willingness to travel to other project locations as required.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and material inventories.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to address site-specific concerns.
• Manage site resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, efficiently.
