Job summary

Selangor Dredging Berhad is seeking a Site Administration Assistant to support the Project Manager with documentation and on-site records in Penang.

The role covers general office administration, progress updates, stage claims monitoring, and filing; English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is required. Autocad skills are advantageous and will be considered in candidate selection.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in site administration in property development.
• Autocad skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with document administration and related paperwork on site.
• Track on-site daily records, update progress, and file correspondences for Site/Consultant/HQ.
• Update and monitor stage claims and related documentation.
• Handle general office administration including office automation, equipment, facilities, filing systems, printing & stationery, and supplies.

Responsible for the general office administration which include office automation, equipment, facilities, filing systems, printing & stationery, general office supplies, services, expenses, etc.

Job Requirements: -
