Job summary

SJEE Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Planner/Scheduler to develop, monitor and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project. You will coordinate with PMs, engineers, subcontractors and site teams to ensure on-time execution.

The role requires 2–3 years in project scheduling, with experience in electrical/M&E or data centre projects as an advantage. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project planning or construction scheduling.
• Experience in electrical, M&E, or data centre projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Prepare master work programmes, baseline schedules, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams for timely execution.
• Monitor milestones, critical paths, and overall progress.
• Identify delays and propose recovery plans.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, and manpower plans.
• Track material deliveries, procurement, and site progress.
• Attend coordination meetings and report timelines.
• Assist in EOT documentation and delay analysis when required.
• Ensure activities meet contractual timelines.
