SJEE Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Planner/Scheduler to develop, monitor and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project. You will coordinate with PMs, engineers, subcontractors and site teams to ensure on-time execution.

The role requires 2–3 years in project scheduling, with experience in electrical/M&E or data centre projects as an advantage. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and Excel is essential.

Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

Prepare master work programmes, baseline schedules, and project progress reports.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely project execution.

Monitor project milestones, critical paths, and overall work progress.

Identify potential delays and propose recovery plans to minimise schedule disruptions.

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, and manpower planning schedules.

Track material delivery schedules, procurement activities, and site work progress.

Attend project coordination meetings and provide updates on project timelines.

Assist in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) documentation and delay analysis when required.

Ensure project activities are completed according to contractual timelines.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project planning or construction scheduling.

Experience in electrical engineering, M&E, or data centre projects is an advantage.

Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.

Good understanding of project scheduling, critical path analysis, and progress monitoring.

Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.

Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple project teams.

Able to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
