Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a Project Planning Specialist to develop, maintain, and update the Project Master Schedule using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with scope, milestones, and contractual deliverables.

You will monitor progress, analyse variances, coordinate with design, procurement, construction and subcontractors, and produce monthly progress reports with dashboards in Excel/Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, QS or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant project planning/controls experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Willing to be based in Melaka and travel when required.
• Equivalent certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update the Project Master Schedule using MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress against baseline programmes and identify variances.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, construction and subcontractors for updates.
• Perform schedule analysis including critical path and float analysis.
• Prepare Monthly Project Progress Reports and dashboards.
• Maintain records of baseline programmes and progress updates.
