Job summary

Responsibilities include preparing weekly reports, tracking progress, analyzing delays and risks, and maintaining accurate planning records to reflect actual site progress and drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and monitor project master schedules and work programmes
• Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project
• Track project progress against the approved schedule and identify delays, risks and critical activities
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, Consultants, Subcontractors and Clients on project planning and progress
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, S-curves, manpower schedules and progress updates
• Conduct schedule analysis and recommend recovery or mitigation plans for delayed activities
• Monitor project milestones, resources and overall project performance
• Attend progress meetings and provide updated planning information to Management
• Maintain proper planning records and ensure schedules are updated based on actual site progress
