Job summary

HeiTech Padu Berhad is seeking an experienced project scheduler to develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, build baselines, milestones and WBS, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong CPM knowledge, analytical thinking, and the ability to coordinate with engineers, contractors and stakeholders, prepare progress reports, and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in project scheduling, planning, or project controls.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong CPM knowledge and analytical skills.

Requirements

Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Strong understanding of project scheduling, planning, and Critical Path Method (CPM).

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in project scheduling, planning, or project controls.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience using Primavera P6.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience using Microsoft Project.

Experience in construction, engineering, telecommunications, or related industries.

Preferred / Added Advantages

Experience in large-scale infrastructure, engineering, or telecommunications projects.

Professional certification in Primavera P6, Project Management, or a related discipline.

Strong stakeholder management and project coordination experience.

Experience in project risk management and resource planning.
