Job summary

Pasona HR Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven Project Sales professional to drive new opportunities in the construction and property development sector. You will build relationships with Developers, Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Contractors, and QSs, while promoting product specifications and delivering tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years project sales experience in sanitaryware or related industries.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Construction, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong business development and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with Developers, Architects, Consultants, and Contractors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new project opportunities within the construction and property development industry.
• Build long-term relationships with Developers, Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Contractors, and Quantity Surveyors.
• Promote and secure product specifications for upcoming projects.
• Deliver persuasive product presentations and propose tailored solutions to clients.
• Welcome key decision-makers to showroom and showcase our product portfolio.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and product sample presentations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close project sales.
• Monitor project progress from specification through delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely project completion.
• Manage payment collection and work with Finance on customer receivables.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute promotional activities.
• Coordinate after-sales support with the Technical team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
