Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related business field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in sanitary ware, kitchen, or building materials.
• Proven track record in hard goods or large wholesale partnerships.
• Strong negotiation skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Willing to travel frequently to support regional development.
• Experience in project sales with contractors, developers, architects, and other B2B clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by identifying new business streams and maintaining key client satisfaction.
• Establish and nurture long-term client relationships with high service standards.
• Develop direct and distribution channel sales to expand the client base.
• Plan competitive sales strategies and prepare proposals and pricing.
• Lead onboarding of new customers and set up new business ventures.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to keep offerings ahead.
• Plan and participate in trade fairs and promotional events to boost brand exposure.
• Recruit and manage local distributors and oversee their pipelines.
