Aufgaben

• Ensure own team sales targets are met and monitor new project launching, market information and product trend development.
• Conduct and attend weekly sales meetings to update progress on existing follow-up projects, accumulated individual sales targets, identify new potential clients and projects, and discuss quotations and discount structures.
• Update sales progress to Senior Sales Manager on weekly basis.
• Ensure targeted GP are met and consult with direct superior on project discount structure for each tender or project.
• Establish excellent working relationships with local project customers and attend sales or site-related appointments individually or with team members.
• Ensure all customer requirements are met at all times.
• Check all work completed by own sales team including quotations, material specification lists, appliances proposals, sample boards, presentation slides, tender calculations, BQ preparation, tender-related documents, drawing proposals, and tender submissions.
• Brief project designers on drawing requests and ensure accuracy of drawings before submitting to client.
• After securing projects, coordinate with client for show unit/mock-up shop drawings and material sample approval, compile and brief contract and operations department, follow-up show unit payment collection, and attend site meetings as needed.
• Source new suppliers to match tender requirements and deal with new materials.
