- Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation (project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, punch lists).
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, escalating risks or delays to the Project Manager/management in a timely manner.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure project deliverables meet customer specifications.
- Progressively take on end-to-end Project Manager responsibilities for automation and vision system projects as experience grows.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical-commercial documents for customers.
- Follow up on sales leads, customer inquiries, and orders, ensuring timely responses and accurate information.
- Support the sales team in customer visits, project presentations, and after-sales support.
- Maintain sales and project records/trackers, and assist with reporting on project and sales status.

- Manage day-to-day communication with customers on project status, changes, and requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on component sourcing, delivery schedules, and technical queries related to automation/vision equipment.
- Ensure clear, accurate, and timely communication across all stakeholders to support smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial) or a related field.
- 0 - 2 years of relevant experience; exposure to project coordination, automation, machine vision, or the EMS/manufacturing industry is an advantage. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in project management and technical sales are welcome to apply.
