Job summary

Lim Seong Hai Capital Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Project Planner to develop and maintain schedules for joint venture projects, ensuring alignment with approved timelines, budgets and milestones.

You will monitor progress, identify delays and risks, prepare progress reports and presentations, and coordinate with project teams, consultants and contractors, while attending meetings to provide planning support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning or scheduling.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to prepare project progress reports and presentations.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in property development, construction or joint venture projects.
