Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Operations and Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end order fulfilment, warehouse activities, and delivery coordination. You will work with Admin, Warehouse, Sales and transporters to ensure timely deliveries and accurate stock levels.

The role requires 2–4 years of related experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. It offers a hands-on environment in a fast-paced operation with cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in operations, order fulfilment, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• Strong coordination and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel; experience with ERP/inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor confirmed customer orders from release until delivery or self-collection is completed.
• Review daily and upcoming orders to ensure delivery dates are achievable.
• Coordinate with Admin and Warehouse on priority, stock readiness, picking and packing status.
• Track outstanding and partially fulfilled orders and follow up on delays.
• Highlight potential fulfilment risks to the Operations Manager before they affect customers.
• Ensure operational issues are followed through until closure.
• Coordinate daily warehouse picking, packing, loading and order preparation.
• Monitor Picking Lists and ensure orders are prepared by priority.
• Check order readiness against delivery/collection schedules.
• Coordinate suitable packaging for different materials and labels.
• Address missing, damaged or insufficient stock and support space planning.
• Plan and coordinate daily/weekly delivery schedules and transport.
• Verify delivery addresses and access restrictions before dispatch.
• Monitor delivery progress and resolve issues; follow up on failed deliveries.
• Support stock checks, cycle counts and inventory information.
• Record and follow up issues like wrong delivery or discrepancies.
• Assist in SOPs, checklists and KPI implementation.
• Collaborate with Admin, Sales, Warehouse, Finance and transporters.
