Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a responsible E-commerce Fulfillment Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely processing of online orders. This role plays an important part in delivering an excellent customer experience.

The position involves daily order processing, packing, coordinating courier collections, maintaining inventory accuracy, handling returns, and collaborating with Customer Service and Warehouse teams. The role is based in Johor and may require transport to site.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Responsible, organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Able to work in non-halal food industry located in Taman Tan Sri Yaacob, Skudai, Johor.
• Process own transport.

Responsibilities

• Process daily online orders
• Pick, pack and prepare products for shipment
• Coordinate courier collections and deliveries
• Maintain inventory accuracy
• Handle returns and exchange requests
• Ensure all orders are packed correctly and dispatched on time
• Work closely with Customer Service and Warehouse teams
