Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant IT project experience is required.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and IT project implementation.
• Exposure to AWS, cloud technologies, software development, or AI solutions is an advantage.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and results-oriented mindset with a high sense of responsibility to drive project tasks and deliverables to successful completion.
• Strong project planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities, timelines, resources, and multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver IT projects from initiation to completion with milestones and timelines.
• Coordinate developers, solution architects, business analysts, and stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Identify risks, delays, and dependencies, escalating critical issues promptly.
• Gather, clarify, and document business and functional requirements; prepare BRD/FRD and status reports.
• Coordinate UAT preparation, test execution tracking, and defect follow-ups with technical teams.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies; provide regular status updates.
• Maintain project records, approvals, and correspondence; contribute to improving PM processes.

Project Manager (Tech & AI-Driven Initiatives)

The Project Manager takes ownership of assigned IT, cloud, software and AI projects from initiation to completion, working closely with the Delivery Lead and technical teams as needed. The role is accountable for project planning, stakeholder coordination, requirements documentation, testing, reporting, and delivery follow-through to achieve agreed timelines and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Project Planning & Coordination

Plan, coordinate, and deliver assigned IT projects from initiation to completion, with Delivery Lead guidance as needed; maintain schedules, milestones, tasks, and timelines.

Coordinate developers, solution architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders to support timely delivery.

Take ownership of assigned activities, proactively address issues, and follow tasks through to completion.

Identify risks, delays, and dependencies, escalating critical issues promptly.

2. Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as a coordination point for clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Organise meetings, workshops, and progress discussions; document minutes, decisions, and action items.

Communicate updates, capture client feedback, follow up on outstanding matters, and maintain professional relationships.

3.Requirements & Documentation

Gather, clarify, and document business and functional requirements.

Prepare and maintain BRD/FRD, project plans, meeting minutes, UAT cases, status reports, change requests, and sign-off records.

Keep documentation accurate, organised, version-controlled, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Track requirement changes and flag impacts on scope, timeline, or resources.

4.Testing & Project Delivery

Coordinate UAT preparation, test execution tracking, feedback, defect follow-ups, and issue resolution with technical teams.

Support deployment planning, go-live activities, user training, and project handover.

Coordinate deliverable reviews, approvals, and client sign-offs to confirm agreed requirements are met.

5.Project Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor progress, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies; maintain trackers and reports.

Provide regular status updates to management and clients, highlighting blockers and driving follow-up actions.

Support project resource and budget tracking where required.

6.Project Administration & Improvement

Maintain project records, approvals, and correspondence; with proposals, presentations, and supporting materials.

Contribute to improving project management processes, templates, and delivery practices.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

3–4 years of relevant IT project experience is required.
