Lead and manage structural and architectural projects from concept design through construction completion. Develop project schedules, resource plans, and work programs to ensure timely project delivery. Coordinate project activities among consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management and clients. Ensure project objectives, scope, and deliverables are achieved according to contractual requirements.

Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and authority requirements.
Monitor project costs and control expenditures within approved budgets.
Identify potential cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality and safety.
Assist in contract administration and change management processes.
Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at project sites.
Address technical issues, non‑conformance reports, and corrective actions promptly.
Maintain proper project documentation, records, and filing systems.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and relevant authorities.
Attend meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
Provide technical advice and project updates to client.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with project teams and clients.
Lead and mentor project engineers, architects, site supervisors, and technical staff.
Allocate tasks and responsibilities to project team members effectively.
Foster teamwork, collaboration, and professional development within the project team.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in project execution.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Resolve project issues, delays, and technical challenges efficiently.
Ensure contingency plans are in place for critical project activities.
Strong knowledge of structural and architectural design principles.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and construction practices.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, MS Project, and related engineering software.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of local construction laws, safety standards, and authority approval processes.
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
2. Professional certifications or registrations are an advantage.
3. Several years of experience in structural and architectural project management or construction management.
4. Experience with project management Data Centre
5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Mandarin speaking candidate is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients)
6.Willing to travel to project sites when required.
