Job summary

Nala Manpower Management Sdn Bhd in Georgetown, Penang invites a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end residential/commercial projects. You will oversee planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budgets.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering, 6+ years PM experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, plus willingness to travel internationally and engage with stakeholders across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering.
• At least 6 years of Project Management experience in large residential/commercial projects.
• Expertise in local construction cost structures, procurement processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for project planning and coordination.
• Experience in administering construction contracts, negotiation, claims/dispute handling.
• International project experience preferred; willing to travel internationally.
• Key skills: Leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, adaptability, and site-driven leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle (planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover)
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards (e.g. CONQUAS, Green Mark)
• Administer contracts, including variations, claims, and dispute resolution
• Oversee site operations, conduct inspections, and enforce safety & quality standards
• Monitor project progress, cost control, and reporting
• Lead stakeholder coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategiesManage project handover, including TOP and Defects Liability Period (DLP)
