Job summary

The Project Manager will oversee the full life-cycle of complex industrial equipment and manufacturing projects across the Asia region. You will lead project planning, scheduling, resources allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery.

We seek a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline with at least 5 years’ experience in project management or senior project lead roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years' experience as a project manager or senior project lead.
• Familiar with industrial machinery and plant commissioning.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.

The Project Manager oversees and manages the full life-cycle of complex industrial equipment and manufacturing projects within Asia region. In-charge of project planning, scheduling, resources allocation, risk management, stakeholder management/communication, and project delivery. Drive project execution from order receipt to final customer acceptance, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and required quality standards.

Proficient in project management software

Ability to coordinate with international teams

Good command of English

Strong negotiation, cross-cultural communication, problem solving and leadership capability

Flexibility for business travel within Asia region
