GRAVITY INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our Ara Damansara, Selangor-based team.

You will oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and top quality. The role requires a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field, a minimum of 5 years PM experience, and strong leadership with excellent communication.

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction or interior construction.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent understanding of building codes, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools (such as Microsoft Project, Primavera or similar).
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with sound decision‑making skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in managing and motivating teams.
• Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Experience in the interior construction and fit‑out sector would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Planning, coordinating and overseeing all phases of construction projects from inception through completion.
• Developing comprehensive project schedules, budgets and resource allocation plans.
• Managing project teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitoring project progress and performance against agreed timelines and budgets.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks and resolving issues as they arise.
• Maintaining quality standards and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Communicating regularly with stakeholders, clients and senior management regarding project status and outcomes.
• Preparing and managing project documentation, including contracts, specifications and reports.
• Conducting site inspections and quality assurance checks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing change requests and variations whilst maintaining project scope integrity.

About the role

GRAVITY INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Ara Damansara, Selangor, this role is central to the successful delivery of our construction projects. As Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is critical to maintaining our reputation for excellence and driving the strategic growth of our business.

What you'll be doing

Planning, coordinating and overseeing all phases of construction projects from inception through completion

Developing comprehensive project schedules, budgets and resource allocation plans
