GRAVITY INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION SDN. BHD. in Ara Damansara, Selangor, is seeking a Project Executive to coordinate construction and interior fit‑out projects from inception to completion, ensuring on‑time delivery, budget adherence and high quality.

The role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams, monitoring progress, preparing reports, managing budgets, conducting site inspections, procuring materials, handling documentation and mitigating risks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduate or 2–5 years of experience in project coordination/management within construction.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction processes, regulations and PM practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned construction and interior projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management on project status, risks and milestones.
• Manage project budgets and expenditures, tracking costs and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets contractual specifications and safety requirements.
• Coordinate the procurement of materials and services, ensuring timely delivery and competitive pricing.
• Handle project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications and change orders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.
• Support the project management team in problem‑solving and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate and organised project records and documentation.

About the role

GRAVITY INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION SDN. BHD. is seeking a Project Executive to join our dynamic project management team. This is a full‑time position based in Ara Damansara, Selangor, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction and interior fit‑out projects from inception through to completion. As a Project Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is essential to our continued success and growth in the competitive construction industry.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned construction and interior projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards

Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment

What we’re looking for

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field

Fresh Graduation or with 2‑5 years of experience in project coordination or project management within the construction industry

Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management practices and building regulations in Malaysia

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety standards

Problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment

Driving licence and willingness to conduct site visits

Experience in interior fit‑out or refurbishment projects is highly desirable
