Job summary

City Villa Management Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary construction projects from planning to delivery. You will coordinate design, schedules, cost and resources, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with several years of project management experience in construction or property development, and demonstrates strong leadership,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• A few years of project management experience in construction or property development.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Planning, design, work schedule, labor, material, equipment, cost and other schedules monitoring and reporting.
• Execution monitoring for piling, building, infrastructural works, facilities, labor, materials and machinery schedules.
