Job summary

SHAHNAZ INTERIORS (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Renovation Project Manager to lead renovation projects from planning through completion in a team-driven environment. You will collaborate with office and field staff to ensure clients are well taken care of throughout the project duration.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling ability, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating designers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and maintain

Qualifications

• Renovation project management experience required.
• Knowledge of all areas of construction.
• Must understand M&E, Structural and Plumbing works.
• Ability to multitask, lead teams, and manage time efficiently.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with vendors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform estimation for healthcare projects
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers
• Communicate with staff at every level in a calm, personable way
• Provide regular updates to clients using strong PR and communication skills
• Coordinate, plan, and manage schedules for suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensure subcontractors fully execute and comply with their contracted scope of work
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Manage up to a 7-person crew and direct a multi-disciplinary team including designers, site supervisors, technical designers, Junior QS, sales designers, and project executives
• Submit weekly progress reports to upper management
• Ensure projects are delivered to client's utmost satisfaction

Renovation Project Manager working on renovation projects in a team-oriented environment. You will work closely with office and field staff to ensure clients are well taken care of through the duration of a project. Expected to be professional at all times, stay ahead of jobs, and anticipate construction flaws before they occur.

Key responsibilities

About you

Renovation experience is a must

Knowledge of all areas of construction

Must have knowledge of all M&E, Structural and Plumbing works
