Job summary

M&M PROJECT BUILDER SDN BHD is seeking a capable site supervisor to oversee daily on-site activities and ensure adherence to project plans, safety regulations and quality standards.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, monitor progress, and contribute to the development of project schedules while maintaining detailed site records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field.
• Proven ability to supervise construction sites and manage daily operations.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting drawings.
• Strong skills in Excel and Office for reporting and documentation.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
• Ability to lead and motivate a site team to achieve project objectives.
• Understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations and QC standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues, quality deviations and safety hazards, implementing corrective actions.
• Assist in development and execution of project schedules, monitor progress and report delays or deviations.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints and technical docs to ensure accurate on-site implementation.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and inventories, using Excel and Office Suite.
• Support implementation of quality control procedures and ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with project team to resolve technical challenges and site-specific problems.
