China Construction Development (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (CCDM) is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate on-site teams for high-value construction projects in Kuala Lumpur. You will monitor progress, cost and quality, and ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications.

The role requires a degree in civil engineering or construction management, familiarity with IMS standards, at least five years as a project manager, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Familiar with IMS: 9001:2015, 14001:2015 & 45001:2018.
• Solid working experience in Construction industry, preferably with project(s) experience exceeding RM150 million and proven track record of completing project within budget, on time and quality achievement.
• Minimum 5 years in Project Manager role.
• Proficient in MS Project, Microsoft Word, Excel and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work progress and timely delivery;

• Ensure construction works comply with drawings, specifications and project plans;
• Maintain site safety, housekeeping and quality standards;
• Coordinate with clients and consultants to resolve project-related issues;
• Manage defects and complaints during handover and the Defect Liability Period (DLP);
• Coach and guide project personnel to enhance work performance;
• Ensure project execution complies with applicable ISO standards.
