Euro Saga Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure projects from planning through closeout. You will develop cost-efficient plans, monitor schedules, manage risks, and ensure QA deliverables meet standards.

Strong leadership will drive multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with clients and consultants to keep projects on track. The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, Board registration in Malaysia, CCPM certification preferred, and at least 10

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Registered with Board of Engineering Malaysia.
• CCPM certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience with strong highway project background.
• Strong knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage project from planning to closeout.

• Ensure completion within scope and QA deliverables.
• Oversee budget and manage risks to avoid delays.
• Identify and mitigate site construction issues.
• Collaborate with technical specialists and external parties.
• Meet with clients and consultants to discuss progress.
• Ensure compliance with relevant acts and regulations.
• Provide leadership and assign tasks based on team skills.
• Support recruitment of key personnel and monitor performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Description du poste

Responsible for managing the assigned project from planning and concept design through to construction and project closeout.

Develop cost-effective plans to ensure efficient and timely project completion.

Review project schedules and monitor construction progress to ensure timely completion of each phase, and provide regular status reports.

Ensure the project is completed within the defined scope of work and that final deliverables meet quality assurance requirements.

Overseeing project budget, managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage.

Identify and anticipate site and construction issues, and implement effective and practical solutions.

Work well with technical specialists and external parties on all aspects of a project.

Meet with clients, consultants, and relevant parties to discuss project progress and address any concerns.

Ensure compliance of relevant acts and legislations pertaining to implementing of a construction project.

Provide leadership and direction to the project team, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project objectives, timelines, and goals, while assigning tasks and responsibilities based on team members' skills and project requirements to foster accountability and ownership.

Support the organization in recruiting key personnel and monitor staff performance.

Any other related duties as assigned by the superior.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Registered with Board of Engineering Malaysia.

Preferably possess Certified Construction Project Manager (CCPM) issued by CIDB.

Minimum 10 years of construction experience with strong background in infrastructure works, and proven track record in managing highway projects.

Strong knowledge of local construction regulations, industry standards and project management practices.

Highly proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong communication skills in both spoken and written forms.
