Asiamost Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of AME Elite Consortium Berhad, is seeking a Project Manager to lead engineering projects from planning through execution in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage documentation, submittals, RFIs, and meetings while coordinating with clients and subcontractors to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

The role requires proven experience in project monitoring, cost control, and risk management, with a degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in engineering or project management.
• Experience in managing engineering projects from planning to completion.
• Experience in monitoring, reporting, cost control and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of project documentation including submittals, RFIs and meeting minutes.
• Direct overall project activities with planning, coordination, and issue resolution.
• Maintain change order logs and document controls.
• Prepare logs and documents for construction meetings.
• Ensure timely contract submittals and subcontractor contracts.
• Coordinate Owner and Maintenance Manuals delivery.
• Interact with subcontractors to secure correct docs and drawings.
• Represent the company in meetings with client and subcontractors.
• Support field personnel and accept ad-hoc tasks from management.

Be Part of Our Team – Project Manager

What You'll Do:

• Manage all aspects of project documentation including submittals, RFIs (Request from Inspection) and project meeting minutes.
• Manage and direct overall project activities as assigned by the Project Director including planning and coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/ project policies, procedures and standards are maintained, etc.
• Maintain all change order submittal and document (drawing) control logs.
• Prepare require logs and other project documentation for construction meetings.
• Responsible for contract submittals that they are accurate and submitted on time.
• Responsible for putting together and issuing the Subcontractors contracts.
• Responsible for the assembly and timely delivery of the Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
• Interacts with Subcontractors to make certain that we have obtained the correct documentation and drawing for the Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
• Represent company/project in meetings with client, subcontractors, etc.
• Cooperate with and technically assist field personnel assigned to area of responsibility.
• Any ad-hoc assignments and other related tasks assigned by Management / immediate superior.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 7 years of working experience in engineering, project management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing engineering projects from planning through execution and completion.
• Experience in project monitoring, progress reporting, cost control, and risk management.
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
