Job summary

Asiamost Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of AME Elite Consortium Berhad, specializes in firefighting and electrical systems for commercial and industrial buildings. We are expanding our business and seeking an experienced project documentation professional to support project directors and field teams.

You will manage submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, change logs, and Owner/ Maintenance Manuals, while coordinating with subcontractors and clients to ensure on-time, accurate documentation and compliance

Qualifications

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate project activities as directed by the Project Director.
• Maintain change order logs and drawing control logs.
• Prepare logs for construction meetings.
• Submit contracts and subcontractor documentation on time.
• Assemble and deliver Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
• Interact with Subcontractors to ensure correct documentation.
• Represent company in client meetings.
• Assist field personnel as needed.
• Any ad-hoc assignments by management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project documentation lifecycle from submittals to closeout.
• Direct project activities to align with schedule and budget.
• Ensure logs and manuals are complete and ready for reviews.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and clients to obtain accurate documents.
