Job summary

Hastraa Consulting Services is seeking a detail‑oriented PMO Analyst in the banking sector to support governance, reporting, and project lifecycle management across complex transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in PMO roles, hands‑on experience with loan origination/ core banking projects, and proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Power BI, and Trello. You will ensure compliance and align with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a PMO Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of project governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, JIRA, Power BI, Trello, and other PMO tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, regulated environments and deliver under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PMO dashboards, documentation, and requirements traceability throughout the SDLC.
