Job summary

Erudite Innovation seeks an IT PMO professional to govern and coordinate technology projects across the bank. You will support project governance, portfolio reporting, financial tracking, risk management, and resource planning to ensure compliance with the project management framework.

You will consolidate project status, produce dashboards for senior management, and maintain RAID logs and governance documentation. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT PMO / Project Management / Project Coordination.
• Previous banking/financial services experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project governance and methodologies.
• Experience with project portfolio management and reporting.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of financial tracking, resource management and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, reporting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support IT project portfolio management across banking technology initiatives.
• Establish and maintain project governance, standards, processes and reporting frameworks.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, budget, milestones and deliverables.
• Consolidate status reports and provide portfolio-level reporting to senior management.
• Maintain RAID logs for risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
• Track risks and issues with escalation and mitigation plans.
• Track actual expenditures, resource costs and budget variance.
• Coordinate project governance meetings, steering committees and PMO review meetings.
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, risk, security, compliance and audit requirements.
• Support change management and project change requests approvals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes and templates.

Responsible for supporting the IT Project Management Office (PMO) in governing and coordinating technology projects across the bank. The role focuses on project governance, portfolio reporting, financial tracking, risk management, resource planning, project controls and ensuring compliance with the bank's project management framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the overall IT project portfolio management across banking technology initiatives.
• Establish and maintain project governance, standards, processes and reporting frameworks.
• Monitor project progress against approved scope, schedule, budget, milestones and deliverables.
• Consolidate project status reports from multiple Project Managers and provide portfolio-level reporting to senior management.
• Maintain RAID logs covering risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
• Track project risks and issues and ensure appropriate escalation and mitigation plans are in place.

• Coordinate project health checks and stage-gate reviews.
• Support change management and ensure project change requests follow the appropriate approval process.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Technology teams, Finance, Procurement, Risk, Compliance and external vendors.
• Support internal and external IT audit activities by providing project governance documentation and evidence.
• Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes, reporting and project governance.
• Develop and maintain PMO templates, standards, procedures and best practices.
